Iām incredibly emotional and proud to be featured in one of the biggest magazines in our industryāsomething Iāve achieved on my own, without any external help from any record label.
Itās an overwhelming feeling to be recognized internationally after all the years of hard work, the late nights, and the personal struggles. There were times I wasnāt sure if I could keep going, but this moment makes everything feel worth it.
From performing for my community to now being the first Saudi artist to be ft on DJMagās Ibiza edition, this is a monumental achievement that marks the power of perseverance and self-belief.
The music industry can be very business-driven, and itās not always easy for artists to express what theyāre going through behind the scenes. We show up and perform, even when weāre facing our own struggles.
This feature has shown me how powerful the media can be when it truly supports an artist. It reminded me that when the media works in an artistās favor, it helps raise awareness of our journeys and struggles.
This recognition is a reminder that resilience can overcome any challenge.

Sometimes I feel more appreciated outside my hometown than in it.
No matter how much work I put in, it often goes unnoticed by the media back home.
But at the end of the day, itās bigger than validation.
Itās about the music, the culture, and building a legacy that lasts.
Iāve always believed in respecting every artist and every genre ā thatās how I show love to this scene.
Still, itās strange when you realize how much youāve contributed and how little recognition comes with it.
Iām one of the first Saudi artists to play at Defected, been featured in DJ Mag, and played at pikes!
now PURRās first international show is almost sold out.
Iām not asking for approval or support anymore.
I just know my worth, and I know I deserve a seat at bigger conversations, bigger stages, and better slots.
Either way, we keep building. ā¤ļø
