After the release of his single “Remember Us”,
@dukwa_ is gearing up for his new EP “Remember Us (At Least I’ve Tried To)”, dropping April 10.
Marco D’Aquino, aka Dukwa, has been carving out his own path for years, moving between house, techno, and more experimental territories, guided by what he describes as an “instinctive, ever-evolving” approach. His sound refuses to settle into a single formula, yet stays grounded in a clear identity shaped by sonic precision, rhythmic tension, and a constant drive toward change.
“Remember Us (At Least I’ve Tried To)” fits right into this trajectory. Even though the four tracks were created at different times, they come together to define the EP’s identity with clarity. As he explains, the project wasn’t built from a fixed plan, it took shape over time, tied to a specific personal phase, without ever slipping into nostalgia.
In this interview, we spoke with him about the making of the EP, his connection to Florence, and how he sees his journey.
