I am terribly saddened by the loss of my beautiful and talented little sister Nancy - she was a serious, dedicated scientist and a marvelous dancer. She suffered a massive stroke a few days ago and today her organs were donated to allow others to live longer, better lives.
She was unique and so special. The memory of her lively mind and her love of dance will cheer me and gladden my heart each time I think of her.
My darling stepmom, Sally Orr, passed away yesterday. She was the light of my dad’s life for 25 years and a wonderful gift to me and my siblings as a stepmother. Fun and funny, full of good cheer, young in spirit and warm of heart. I will miss her so much but I am so grateful to have had her in my life.
It was great celebrating political legend James Carville for his documentary, “Winning is Everything” with director Matt Tyrnauer and co-host Uber journalist Marie Brenner.
