Correction * I made labneh* ~ pure Greek yoghurt overnight recipe waw @healingnutrition TCM term 2 inspiring me be creative with meals I crave, but use ingredients that make me feel good ~ so creamy and probiotic rich. wipeddd the store bought stuff + no added 💩 Recipe 500g 5% organic Greek yoghurt 2 tsp lemon juice 1 ¼ tsp salt -Strain between cheese cloth or kitchen towel -Weighted bowl and mug -Fridge 24 hours and gently press bowl down before unwrapping for extra thick 🌀spring eating 🌀 traditional wellness systems often focus on lighter, fresher foods that support digestion and energy after winter. Fermented foods like yoghurt can help support gut diversity and digestion, while higher protein breakfasts can also help with satiety and steadier energy through the morning.

Mama ate sardines before vogue made it cool 💅🏼 Recipe 1 tin sardines in extra virgin olive oil, drained ( keep oil for cooking eggs/rice/noodles) 1 heaped tbsp 5% - 10% greek yoghurt ¼ lemon Good pinch salt Good pinch pepper 1 tbsp caper, chopped 1 tbsp jalapeño chóped or sliced 1 tbsp coriander chopped 1 tbsp spring onion chopped 1 tbsp jalapeno brine/juice 3 slices tomato, lightly salted 2 tbsp pesto Rocket or basil leaves optional 1 - 2 tsp Tabasco to taste 👩🏻‍🍳 taste the sardine mousse before adding - little salty and acidic with nice hit from tobacco - will make it pop between bread Bagel air fry 200c from frozen or fresh 7-10 mins #Tunacado #spicytunasandwich #bagel #glutenfree

Greek yogurt coconut water slushi with black sesame ~ I’d down this everyday AD. @sharkninja slushimax Ingredients: 500g 2% fat Greek yoghurt 750ml Coconut Water 2 - 4 Tbsp Agave (to taste) ¼ tsp salt Black Sesame Swirl (can use any nut butter) 2 Tbsp black sesame 1 Tbsp Agave Pinch salt Black Sesame Yoghurt swirl 1 tsp black sesame 1 Tbsp Yoghurt Slushi mode for 10 minutes - if the pour is too slow + 250ml coconut water - wait 1 minute for perfect slush
