this past weekend i was once again invited to join yet another extraordinary experience put together by the @immersioncommunity and @greghabib 🌎⚡️
then this happened. the most unBOLIVIAble vibe. probably the most unforgettable show in my life up to this point. at the stairway to heaven made of salt bricks in the majestic and desolate Salar de Uyuni 🤍🌝
my hands were freezing from the cold temperatures, i was out of breath from the high altitude and my voice and health were frail from the long journey i did to get there (4 flights, long layovers, plus a final 5 hour drive to get to our destination; the surreal space station @palaciodesal ) 🪐🌀
but through all the hardships it was infinitely worth it. its usually a bumpy road to get to remote destinations but it makes the reward even more worthwhile. and when i arrived i was in total bliss. ☺️✨
this mesmerizing land and the amazing people gave me a burst of energy as i entered into a flow state throughout my performance. everyone singing together. it was magical. it was a natural feeling of total ecstasy. stupendous. 🔋🚀

this is my first time sharing this song live—my first attempt at writing a song fully in spanish, the native tongue of my grandma, who was born in mexico ✨
the sunset, the people, the gentle wind blowing and the nature surrounding us in this sacred location in sian kaan in tulum felt like the right moment to share it 🍀
this is a love letter to mama nature. to my grandma from Spain, who subconsciously instilled the magic of music in me. in my fond memories of her, she was always humming and singing—most often cucurrucucú paloma 🕊️
and to all women. to the divine feminine energy; the sacred force of creation in the universe 🌀
