This is one of the most common questions I get when talking to creatives who’re just starting out - “Should I take the plunge and go full time? Can I do this while holding down a day job?” Hope this is helpful to anyone who’s on the fence. Feel free to share your thoughts or q’s in the comments 🙌

When you’re a full time artist, your life seems to ebb and flow in sync with your release cycles. Happy to be in the part of the cycle that I enjoy most - not only with music (new masters just received 😯) but also this time with new projects that have taken me way out of my comfort zone. Feels good that a long period of quiet work that’s taken a massive amount of effort and belief is now shape into something new and exciting. Lots learned, lots to share soon 📖🏋 In the meantime felt like sharing in no particular order: These days you’ll either find me indoors, surrounded by an unreasonable number of electronics and flashing lights.. or you’ll find me deep in the Goan wilderness with my other two Musketeers - @barefoot__living and our daughter who just turned four. Some unforgettable times recently. I keep getting called to do more and more music production workshops for teenagers, and I’ve happily been obliging. It’s such a joy interacting with young creatives - they’re so hungry to learn and absorb everything. The next generation is super plugged in and I love to see it. Cooking - for the family, for intimate gatherings of friends has once again become one of my favourite things to do, been lots of that at home, on the grill, in the wild on a fire. I’ve been told I’m a proper dad-on-the-grill now. Ngl I kind of love it 😂👀🫶
