Серфинг, живописные пейзажи и тропы для хайкинга — все это теперь часть моей жизни. Впервые увидел снежные вершины гор прямо с берега океана 🔥
Калифорния — это действительно особенное место в мире ❤️. С нетерпением жду, что принесет следующий год. 🚀

When I decided to sign up for the Everest Base Camp Trek in Nepal 7 months ago, I had absolutely zero experience with mountains and trekking 🥾🙈. I mean, I did some hiking around Pacific Palisades in LA and up to a Hollywood sign 🤣
But some of my well-traveled friends convinced me that the Himalayas were a #1 destination to see in the world, and they were right! I've never witnessed such raw natural beauty in my life! 🏔️😍
After 7 days of trekking, I finally reached the Everest Base Camp at 5,364 meters (17,598 ft) 🔥💪 It's a campsite that's used by experienced climbers to train for the ultimate summit of the highest mountain in the world.
And despite all the challenges of the trek, I've been experiencing an overwhelming sense of "Sukha" - a Sanskrit word that means happiness, ease, and bliss.😊🤗 I'm feeling so much Sukha right now that it's hard to put it into words! Thank you, Himalayas, for this unforgettable journey. 🙏🧎♂️🥰
