Today was ment to be about love and thankfulness, but the trap bar and my straps had a fall out & snapped and have broken up for ever. So On to the next one i guess 🤷🏽♂️.
Lucky there are some good people lect in the world, and a good guy let me use his Straps and i got a set of 8rep and a 2nd set of 4-5ish reps with 200kg.
