So while this transcription is far from perfect, I still wouldn’t be able to amount to this without icing my hands/wrists during my practice. If I ever get sore to the point where I feel like fatigue is keeping me from playing 100%, I apply ice to each hand/wrist for 15 min. This has been essential to me being able to not only get more technical and recover quicker, but to also prevent long term inflammation and stress on the joints/wrist. I know pretty much all of you musicians are gonna be practicing a ton with all the free time so I hope you take what I say into consideration
