My favorite kind of theatre to be part of as an actor is a true ensemble piece that requires each person giving their best to each other to make it soar. My favorite kind of theatre as an audience member is the kind that shocks me, can make my laugh turn to tears and leaves me feeling renewed. I feel so lucky to be granted the gift of Kimberly Akimbo, a show that somehow manages to be both of these things.
I feel especially lucky to do it with these particular humans who I am just really crazy about. Not only because of what we made together, but because their joy and kindness comes so easily. I can’t wait to see you in your city soon - touring productions are what this little Detroit theatre kid looked forward to most. Great Adventure begins now! 🌈 ⛸️❤️
