Lono is the project of Omar Lopez, based in Valencia, Spain. His vision of techno grew out of an early influence from mental and organic sounds, eventually evolving into a language of its own beyond any labels.
The sound design is built around controlled distortion and dynamic filtering as key elements. Hypnotic atmospheres and slowly evolving structures — far from immediate impact — shape a restrained sound where tension unfolds gradually and subtly.
He will be the one behind the fourth release on DSNGDR.
