This morning, I'm sifting through the last details of this new album of mine, finishing up the artwork, organising Vinyl pressing etc...however tonight, I shall take a slight detour to our very own APRA Music Awards!
Looking forward to catching up with some old friends and all the people who work behind the scenes to bring you the music we love to lose ourselves in.

Just got back from a walk up 'the hill'. Swapped out the trackies for some more appropriate threads and took a few photos, intending to find something to be the cover of this new album. Not sure I have found it quite yet...so I thought I'd chuck 1 up here.

COMING SOON: our policy team had been looking at some of the best arts programs, pilots, and reforms from around the globe and listening to artists, arts peaks, arts businesses and arts academics about their major concerns.
We are in the final stages of our policy slate which we'll be sending along to @tony_burke_au 's office as part of the Revive mark II iteration, and then taking that slate on the road to pollies around Australia.
These are going to be significant asks that we think will be transformative, are well researched, and politically robust.

Afternoon all.
Thought I'd jump on to say hello and give a quick update on musical musings and potential plans.
I've finished recording, mixing is complete and the mastering process has returned all shiny and ready.
It's a fascinating journey... that of songwriting and recording.
The many paths a song can take, the influence of who you have asked to be involved, always brings unexpected elements, twists, stops, starts, realisations and life to the simplest of concepts.
The journey of a song is the wave we all ride...as writers and as listeners. We all make discoveries as we go, as we listen and as we (the artist) perform them.
It's really bloody exciting to be honest.
Anyhow...I'll be in touch soon with some actual release information🙄...this was just a Friday afternoon musing.

Kylie being announced as the headliner for the AFL GF was a great first step, but we're pushing for September glory: Oz music as a permanent fixture for AFL GFs, for all premier sporting events in Australia, and hopefully being showcased during the home and away season.
