Congratulations to Nolan Johnson, 2026 ATA Taekwondo Spring Nationals Champion for his age category 18-29 in the recent tournament in St. Louis. Nolan works at our DSAM office. If you think you are able, you can do great things! Meet his taekwondo friends and black belt competitors from different states who also won titles at the Spring Nationals; John in the 30-39 category and Brad in the 40-49 group are from Arkansas. These young adults have been practicing taekwondo, testing and competing in the black belt division for many years and they have grown to love seeing each other during competitions. And 13 year old Charlie, pictured with Nolan is from Wisconsin and is still new to the competitions but will soon be testing for his first degree black belt. It is truly rewarding to watch these guys blossom over the years, gain confidence, tone their bodies by staying active, and gaining such meaningful friendships. Love everything about this!
