Finishing off shoulders with several sets of farmer’s carry. This one is ~145lbs/hand plus the 60-lb vest. This is why I dream of an even bigger basement (mine is 800SqFt), because the worst part is the turns. Yes, I’m wearing a #BlackLivesMatter shirt under that weight vest. Audition scene says I get hit in the face with handfuls of scrambled eggs, so that's what I'll do (more or less). I'll then roll right into the slate, because why not?
#FunFact - This was actually the *2nd* take, because in take 1 the cottage cheese hit my Lav mic and ruined the audio, LOL. Went upstairs, took a shower (do you know how hard it is to get cottage cheese out of *my* beard?!) and changed, came back for take 2. Phil & Drew were *MORE* than happy to throw food at me again...

This movie debuts Friday (11/3) for a limited run, and as they have a #SAGAftra interim agreement—I can talk about it.
Opening credit, I’m on the movie poster, contributed some of the fight choreography, and it also has the best character intro I’ve ever gotten in a trailer (watch it on YouTube).
