This is the exhibition’s leaflet and ticket！(°°)～ (°°)～
The exhibition begins with “Index,” starting with the ZOO Index, presenting the visual and textual research archive of zoos established by Terezie Štindlová. It then “crosses” from “Index” to “Intimate Room.” This “crossing” also reflects the ethics discussed by Donna Haraway in The Companion Species Manifesto, where through dynamic and continuous “prehension,” relationships are formed, constituting each other and ourselves, co-choreographing the dance of being.
Therefore, in the design of the leaflet, we can see that the same page shows different content from different perspectives. To view both the full information of “Index” and “Intimate Room” at the same time, one must unfold the entire leaflet. The exhibition title also “crosses” the leaflet, spanning across it!
The exhibition ticket intentionally references the common design of zoo tickets, where all visitors can stamp the ticket themselves upon arrival.
