About Me: Origins of The DBD experience Hey everyone! I’m Arshdip (pronounced Arsh-deep). Some call me Arsh, some call me Deep, others call me Dholi Arshdip, but starting today when I’m behind the dhol, let’s go with Drummer Boy Deep (DBD). From private events to clubs and concerts, I’ve been drumming up joy with every beat since 2018. ❤️‍🔥 Playing with Passion: The dhol isn’t just an instrument to me—it’s an extension of who I am. I pour my heart and soul into every performance, creating beats and memories that resonate deep within you. 💛💚 🎶 Musical Journey: There are no musicians in my family, but somebody had to be crazy enough to give it a try. My journey with the dhol started at age 10 when I came across a rogue dhol in the basement of a family friend. I started to play it, and soon after, the owner of the dhol (and my new teacher) came down and offered to help me learn. At age 11, I took up the cello and took a little hiatus from dhol lessons and practice. Once my orchestra years were over, I had more time for the dhol. Since then, it’s been a thrilling ride filled with unforgettable performances and connecting with amazing people like you. 😁😁 🤔 What I Do: Whether it’s adding the perfect groove to your special day or bringing the party alive, I’m here to make every moment memorable. I believe it’s not just about playing some beats at one’s special occasion; it’s about providing such a radiating energy through the beats of my dhol that it compels you to dance the night away.
