Today I was working on “16.”
At first, some might think “16” represents our teenage self. But she doesn’t.
“16” is that wounded personality inside of us — the part that rises when we are triggered, afraid, abandoned, ashamed, angry, grieving, or trying to survive.
I first discovered “16” through a vision.
In this vision I walked into a room that resembled the Last Supper table. Around the table sat all 17 of my inner personalities. But several of them were squished into one small section, squelched yet pretending everything was fine.
And there was “16”.
Large. Present. Taking up far more space than her one seat.
Not because she was evil.
Because she was wounded.
That vision showed me this:
When we do not recognize our wounded parts, they can begin to take over the whole table.
So the memo from Self-Love Normal Land became:
“16… you are a part of me, but not all of me.
You are a thread in the fabric of my life, but not my covering.
You are not my first voice. You are one voice.
So moving forward, my precious “16”, you get one vote, one voice, and one seat at the table.”
Here is Feminine Boss Fact: To step into our Queen, we do not heal by destroying the wounded self.
We heal by loving her back into her rightful place. self.
Question: Do you know and love your “16”? If yes please share. If not… why not?
Happy Mother’s Day! On this special day, we proudly dedicate our exclusive cover to the President of the company, Dr. Tracy Kemble , and her extraordinary mother, Alicia Gallont — a beautiful symbol of love, legacy, strength, and the timeless bond between generations.
As we celebrate Mother’s Day, we remember one simple truth: every person on this globe is either a mother or a child — an invisible connection that unites all humanity across generations and lives.
Love yourself first. Take care of you.
Love yourself first. Take care of you.
And go for it. And go for it.
It works. It’s the remedy, the revelation, It works. It’s the remedy, the revelation,
and the recipe to fi nding authentic love.

Ask me… at 84 and still going, one thing
I know is that one of the most important
things in life is to learn how to love –
and how not to love.
Love makes us so vulnerable. So learning
how to give love, how to receive love,
how to end it when it is not healthy, and
how to make it last when it is good, is
one of the great secrets of life.
Love is more than just a feeling.
Recognizing the real signs of love
matters, because love alone is not
enough, if it is not healthy, respectful,
and true.
So the one thing I know: Love yourself
fi rst. Take care of you.
It works. It’s the remedy, the revelation,
and the recipe to fi nding authentic love.
Self-love is not selfi sh. It is, rather, a very
generous thing if you think about it –
because when you love yourself well,
you love others better too.
So polish your So polish your
hearts. Never hearts. Never
stop learning. stop learning.
Love yourself fi rst. Take care of you.
Love yourself fi rst. Take care of you.
And go for it. And go for it.
It works. It’s the remedy, the revelation, It works. It’s the remedy, the revelation,
and the recipe to fi nding authentic love.

But what if it was more? What if I also
choose my mother for her contrast
and aches and pains. Because “what
if,” that was what my soul along this
journey, needed to awaken my deepest
becoming.
Because “what if” that is a
mother’s ultimate job – to
teach us how to become.
One day it is no doubt that our physical
journey with our earthly mother will
come to an end. And on that day, we
must rise into all she taught us to be. Not because she would be “perfect”
but in the long run - she would be
perfect for me, and what I needed to
become, on this journey.
What if I selected her not merely to
raise me… but to also refi ne me?
What if every lesson she gave me—
both tender and painful— was part of a
divine curriculum designed specifi cally
for my becoming?
Meaning, what if I chose her so I could
learn gentleness, through her softness.
Or resilience, through her strength. Or
the colors and joy in life through her
laughter and song.
What if I chose my
mother not merely
to raise me – but to
refine me?

What If I Chose My Mother
SEEING HER THROUGH THE EYES OF THE SOUL
There comes a moment in a
woman’s life when she stops
seeing her mother only
through the eyes of a child,
and begins seeing her through the
eyes of a woman.
A woman who now understands what
it means to carry burdens, quietly. To
love imperfectly.
To try her best while still healing her
own wounds. To pour from a cup that
was not always full.
And when that moment comes—a
sacred question often arises:
What if I chose my mother?
What if before this life…
before my fi rst breath…
before my fi rst cry…
my soul, in its infi nite wisdom, chose
the woman who would shape me?
