This is a huge moment for me personally. We announced yesterday that @ringwaydental is expanding thanks to the sheer demand in what we do. It’s a real milestone to see a practice and a brand I built from nothing, become big enough to warrant another site. It’s going to be everything you love about Ringway 1, but on a bigger scale. However, it’d be wrong to make it look like it’s been easy to get to where we are today (social media has a funny way of making it look so simple, doesn’t it?). It’s taken years of graft, working when others weren’t, compromise, balancing work and family, and always chasing to be better…to generate the 5* recognition @ringwaydental gets today from far and wide. It’s been relentless, it’s been a challenge and at times, it’s been unpredictable. So now you understand why my wife told me not to do this again, right? 😉 Luckily she knows me, and knows my vision. I’m going again because I know we can, because the demand for the work we produce has gone off the scale. And that’s down to our patients - your trust and respect for the smiles we create has convinced me Ringway’s story can’t just stop at #1. And to the RD team I’ve brought together - you guys are some of the best Dentists, Therapists, Nurses and support staff I’ve ever worked with. The skill, precision and care they show every day is something I’m extremely proud of.
