Cheeses by @monscheeseuk , empanadas from @chacarerolondon delicious pickles, anchovies, fancy crisps and more (only the best) from @brindisaspanishfoods come for a snack with a glass of wine or turn it into a meze style meal

Here are 5 of the best independent wine shops and tasting spots in Dulwich that are genuinely local and properly good. 🍷Dulwich Vintners @dulwichvintners A brilliant, family run merchant in Dulwich Village. Really well curated, super knowledgeable and they host regular tastings. It’s the sort of place where you say “I’m cooking lamb” and they hand you exactly the right bottle. 🍷Drop Dulwich @dropdulwich On Melbourne Grove and always a lovely atmosphere. Part wine shop, part relaxed bar. You can try a glass before committing to a bottle and their themed tasting evenings are always worth keeping an eye on. 🍷Planet of the Grapes East Dulwich @potgeastdulwich Right on Lordship Lane. Properly wine focused but very relaxed. You can drink in or take bottles home and they’re great at introducing you to something you wouldn’t normally pick up yourself. 🍷Dynamic Vines East Dulwich @dynamic_vines Small but brilliant. A real East Dulwich feel with a focus on smaller producers and natural wines. Their Saturday tastings are easy, informal and very friendly. 🍷La Cave de Bruno East Dulwich @lacavedebruno If you love French wine, this is your spot. It feels like popping into a little neighbourhood cave in Paris. Lots of guidance if you want it, and some lovely hidden gems. If you’re local and enjoy discovering new bottles, these are all well worth knowing about. And if you’ve got a favourite I’ve missed, I’d love to hear it.

What a year it has been at Drop Dulwich! It’s hard not to get emotional when looking back at just how many amazing things we have done this year from guest chefs, tastings, wine maker visits and always discovering new wines. This Saturday we will be collaborating with our new neighbours @norbertslondon Norbert’s will be serving 2 exclusive rotisserie chicken dishes and we will curate the wine pairings. Plus grab a bottle from our wine library and enjoy it next door at Norbert’s! Weather is looking ace and we are pumped ! Come hungry & come thirsty - 12noon until sold out

Sunday summer sipping at @dropdulwich is now until 8.30pm. Enjoy these longer brighter evenings on our outside tables. Deliveroo hours will also be extended until this time, perfect if you run out of your rosé whilst sitting in your garden! Oh the joy 🤩
