Tony Drootin
Music Management and Director of Sound Operations
Tony began his career at Unique Recording in NYC, which he ended up managing for 9 of his 13 years. He then went on to manage numerous other facilities, including Sony Music Studios on West 54th, Daddy’s House, Platinum Sound, and his own Area 51 NYC before teaming up with David to manage Sound On Sound Studios.
A hardworking and dynamic individual. Tony has managed some of the top production facilities in New York City. He is well-versed in all aspects of running small and large facilities and their operations. He knows the importance of building a strong team. He moves seamlessly from high profile client engagement to budget and planning meetings with design/build, finance, technical and operations teams. In addition to his facility and operations experience, he has managed numerous Grammy-winning and Platinum selling songwriters, engineers, and producers having secured publishing deals and owned a label himself.
Tony currently manages Sound on Sound Music Studios. He is Board Chair for the We Are All Music Foundation. and is an advisor for the Non-Profit Hip Hop Public Health organization

The song also Featured the Group R.I.F. Rapping is Fundamental featuring Easy Mo Bee, J.R. and AB Money, From Brooklyn NYC.
This Hop Hop, R&B, Jazz, Doo Wop, fusion is a first of a Kind. Way before its Time. I'm part of some Legendary Historical Iconic projects. 1990"s was probally the Most Creative Era in Music Production, and I was a big part of this eras most iconic moments.
