Acupuncture has gained recognition as an effective treatment for back pain, drawing on its ability to target specific anatomical points known as trigger points. These trigger points are areas of tightness within the muscle tissue that can contribute to pain and discomfort. By inserting fine needles into these precise locations, acupuncture can help release muscle tension and improve blood flow, thereby alleviating pain. Additionally, points around joints are often targeted to reduce inflammation and promote healing. This method of treatment supports the body’s natural ability to repair itself and can be particularly beneficial for those suffering from chronic pain conditions. Studies suggest that acupuncture may stimulate the central nervous system, releasing chemicals that alter the perception of pain and promote overall well being, making it a valuable option for those seeking relief from back pain.

I wanted to share some wonderful news with all of you... I’M A DAD!
On June 2, 2024, my daughter, Amara Rose, was born. She spent some time in the NICU, which was a challenging experience for our family. However, I’m thrilled to report that she has fully recovered and is now healthy and home with us.
During my paternity leave, I’ve had the opportunity to bond with Amara and care for my partner, Kassandra. I appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Your well wishes and support mean a lot to me.
As I return to the office this week, I’m excited to continue serving our community through acupuncture, massage, and herbal medicine.
If you’re ready to schedule an appointment, please call our office at (707) 822-7400. I look forward to seeing you soon!
Thank you for being part of my journey and allowing me to live my dreams of supporting my family by helping others.
