Honestly, this week has meant so much to me that I feel like I haven’t even fully processed or properly started celebrating yet. Every time I sit down and think about it all, I just become overwhelmed with gratitude to God🥹🙌🏾

Watching Owami graduate cum laude in Medicine was so emotional because in my mind I kept seeing the little girl we all watched grow up, run around the house… and suddenly there she was walking across the stage as Dr Owami Mhlongo.
Yoh 😭 There were so many times during the ceremony where
I just sat quietly overwhelmed thinking, “God, You have truly been good to us.”
Owami, my girl 🥹❤️ what a privilege it has been to watch God’s hand over your life through the years. Seeing you walk across that stage felt like watching answered prayers in real time. May God continue to guide you, protect you, and use your life beautifully for His glory. May God continue to order your steps and use your life to touch many people through medicine… We love you so much and we are
so incredibly proud of you ❤️

Don’t neglect the secret place. 🤍
Sometimes we want the fire, the breakthrough, the revival… but we neglect the very place where those things are birthed.
Life gets busy, responsibilities increase, and sometimes we become so focused on showing up for everything and everyone else that we slowly stop showing up before God consistently.
But the truth is, some of the biggest shifts in our lives won’t happen publicly they’ll happen in the quiet moments with God that nobody sees. The scripture says “… and your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you publicly.” - Matthew 6:6
The secret place may feel hidden, but it is never wasted.
Do not neglect it!
In a world that constantly demands more, may we never overlook the quiet, steady, undeserved LOVE of God that carries us through every season.

One of my favourite things about this treatment is how subtle yet powerful it is. Especially for those strong frown lines that can make you look tired, stressed, or upset even when you’re not. A little relaxation in the muscles can soften the face beautifully while still keeping your natural expressions.
It also helps soften fine lines, prevent deeper wrinkles over time, and gives the face that refreshed, rested look without taking away your natural beauty👌🏾
Sometimes it’s not about looking “done” 🫠 it’s about looking less tired, more refreshed, and feeling confident when you look in the mirror 😎

The journey hasn’t been easy or perfect, but it’s been intentional.
Every high, every stretch, every decision… it’s all been shaping me for purpose beyond just business what humbles me the most is knowing I’ve never walked it alone.
My heart is just full of gratitude… for where I am, for where I’m going, and for the One who’s been faithful through it all 🥹🙏🏾

Yesterday at Nosisa & Dr Aphiwe’s wedding 👑African Royalty was the theme, but honestly, it was the love and God’s presence that carried the whole day.
From the moment we walked in, you could just feel it… real love, pure joy, and something so intentional about the way their story has come together 🥹❤️ God truly writes the most beautiful love stories.
My heart is so full. I’m genuinely so happy for you both ❤️
