Learning from some of the world’s leading minds in reproductive medicine. 🇨🇳 Yesterday I toured the renowned Peking University Third Hospital, home to mainland China’s FIRST IVF baby born in 1988, and now recognised as one of the largest and most advanced reproductive medicine centres in the world.
More than 20,000 cycles a year, the hospital is internationally respected for its work in IVF, reproductive genetics, fertility preservation, complex infertility care and reproductive health research.
I also toured the State Key Laboratory of Female Fertility, a nationally significant research centre driving innovation in female fertility, embryo science, reproductive genetics, fertility preservation, and advanced assisted reproductive technologies.
The laboratory collaborates on cutting-edge global fertility research and translational medicine.
Medicine never stands still and neither should we! Behind every conference, laboratory tour, and international collaboration is one goal:
Bringing the latest evidence, technology, and thinking back to my patients in Australia. Back to you!
