🎬 Behind the scenes at Breezy’s felt like pure family vibes 💫 From laughs to creative magic, we became a family on this set. 🎬 I supported the team as assistant camera and behavior consultant, and it was amazing to see how everyone’s talent came together to make this project shine. Big thanks to @breezysdeli for opening your space to us, and to our incredible director @kydkennedy for guiding the vision. And to the rest of the cast + crew @phillycam @findingelijahthemovie @mr_notyourregular @alej__lopez_96 @tamiafilms @finesse_thru_checks_franklin @khalilthompson_reorganzation @_gholanda @northside_mack_ grateful to have shared this experience with you. 💜 #OnSetVibes #FilmFamily #TherapistOnSet #BehindTheScenes #Breezys

🎥 Our short film Black Female Therapist was officially selected for a film festival 🥹 This was such a heart-driven project, and I’m incredibly grateful to the women who brought their energy, presence, and stories to the screen. No big expectations. Just proud to be walking in purpose, doing what I love. Healing-centered storytelling means everything to me. 💛 ✨ You can find more details in my bio: @_drjenine

Do y’all think Tyler Perry would be interested in my cartoon because baby… 😭 Yesterday, people were laughing at a cartoon about therapy. And honestly? That might be the healing part. Mending the Heart is changing how we talk about healing—through storytelling and humor. Follow along. Or invite us to your next event. #MendingTheHeart #HealingThroughHumor #MentalHealthAwareness #StorytellingForChange EventSpeaker

Mental Health Awareness Month is personal for so many of us. Next Saturday, I’ll be participating in a special community screening and panel discussion featuring two powerful films: 🎬 Black Female Therapist 🎬 Broken by Jimmy Bonds This event is about creating space for honest conversations around emotional healing, mental health, resilience, and breaking stigma in our communities. 📍Langhorne, PA (convenient to Philly) 🗓 Saturday, May 16, 2026 🎤 Panel discussion following the screenings

Some grief is invisible. This Mother’s Day, I wanted to acknowledge the mothers carrying silent heartbreak, the ones grieving relationships that changed without clear answers, closure, or understanding. Family estrangement is complicated. Mental illness, addiction, emotional struggles, shame, and life circumstances can impact families in ways people on the outside may never fully understand. If this message spoke to you, please know: your pain matters too. And if you’re seeing this after Mother’s Day, save this or send it to someone who may need to hear it. 💛 #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth #MothersDay #FamilyEstrangement #TherapistPerspective #MentalHealthMatters

If you’ve been spiraling about the cruise ship Andes virus story… read this. Yes, the hantavirus strain involved has now reportedly been identified as Andes virus, which is the rare strain associated with limited human-to-human transmission in close-contact situations. And yes, health officials are tracing contacts outside the ship, including reports involving airport and airline exposure. But here’s what matters psychologically: Anxiety takes evolving information and immediately turns it into certainty. Your brain hears: “possible” …and translates it into: “imminent.” That doesn’t make you irrational. It makes you human. As a licensed therapist, I want people to stay informed without slipping into fear-fueled catastrophizing. Those are two very different things. So yes: • stay updated • use common sense precautions • pay attention to credible information But don’t let your brain start writing apocalypse fan fiction. Ground yourself in facts, not panic. And if your anxiety gets loud during stories like this… follow me. I’ll help you separate facts from fear. #CruiseAnxiety #Andes #AnxietyRelief #Hantaviruss #therapist
