The Jason Carter Band opened for Leftover Salmon and absolutely set the tone for the night. Jason — a Grammy-nominated fiddle player — led a lineup stacked with serious talent and heart.

Been on a @tonyfurtado5 kick lately. This tune, Greenheart, is in kind of a wild tuning - b B F# B D#. One of my former students @banjoboyk introduced me to it in a lesson a couple years back. We looked at some of the trickier parts together, but I never really learned it myself. It started playing on shuffle the other day, and has been stuck in my head ever since. Also, yes, I realized the screw was coming out of my 5th string tuner right after filming! #bluegrass #banjo #banjomusic
