⚡️100 LBS DOWN. NO SHORT CUTS 📈 Shawn is proof that when you focus on Human performance, the results follow. He came to us to get in shape- he stayed because he got his life back. Weight loss is a great goal, but at DHP, we’re after something more. An extraordinary quality of life. Shawn lost over 100lbs on the scale, 115 to be exact. But take a deeper look at what really happened… his chronic knee and shoulder pain vanished a month into training. He stopped drinking almost completely. Not because we told him to.. because drinking to numb away the frustration no longer matched the identity of the person he was starting to see in the mirror! There was No magic shots or GLP1s. There were no crazy diet plans or counting calories. Just consistent strength & conditioning with a support system to keep him on track. He’s gone from struggling to get in shape, to hiking mountains again with his son. And most importantly, the confidence to create the next chapter of life on his terms 💪 - Ready to build the best version of yourself? No ego, no crowds, just a private facility to do the work. Together 🤝

Operation New hip underway for @krobbbb - Full hip replacement at 20 years old is gnarly. But Kev is a gnarly dude who has been going massive on Bmx bikes his whole life and there’s something to be said about it. We talk a lot about “biker hips” with our Moto guys. But it’s not always just dirt bikes, it seems to be all elite action sports athletes unconsciously know how to get the pelvis tilted forward to create length & space on the bike. But most don’t know how to consciously get out of that position and use the posterior chain while lengthening the hip flexors. Over time what tends to happen is the femur head grinds away at the front of the pelvis. Most times chronic lower back pain will stop people in their tracks first. But unfortunately we didn’t meet Kev until recently and like most dedicated athletes he was just sending it in pain until he couldn’t & hip replacement was mandatory. Good lesson! Learn the body, it’s the foundation to an extraordinary quality of life. We will be back. Healthier, Stronger, wiser, more athletic 💪

Most riders don’t need more “training.” They need real coaching. Training is sets, reps, X’s and O’s. We got you 🤝 But real coaching is uncovering the patterns, fears, beliefs, and emotions that actually dictate your performance. Motocross is a high-risk emotional game. And 9 times out of 10, when it comes to the elite athletes it’s not skill holding riders back—it’s their psychology. Their self-talk. Their ability to stay grounded under pressure. Their relationship with themselves when no one’s watching. I’ve spent the last 10 years building athletes from the inside out. Human first. Athlete second. Because when your body, mindset , and identity align—everything finally clicks. The confidence. The flow. The speed. The ability to suffer with purpose instead of chaos. What gets done in the dark always comes to light. If you’re just killing yourself in the gym trying to replicate the “gnarliness” of racing… you’ll keep hitting the same ceiling. This winter, we’re redefining training for New England moto, with a community build around being an athletic weapon.

Rewiring the system after a dislocated hip & fractured pelvis. This is after 30 minutes or so on the table doing some manual body work. You can isolate the injuries and get temporarily relief. But when there’s trauma there’s disconnect and the integration to the whole body is where healing forward can happen. Stay #driven #motocrossisgnarly

December 1st kicks off Winter training block ⚡️ - some thoughts for the athletes… Winning in the new year will come from having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are. When you face your mountain, There’s no positive affirmations or luck that will save you. Fear and doubt for athletes often arises when your gut knows you diddnt do everything you could have to be prepared. And when your in fight or flight, the truth is obvious. Start building, grow confident, stay driven 🤝 #winyourlifenotyourfantasyleague

Another awesome Memorial Day Murph workout in honor of Navy Seal Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan. Thank you all for coming out. Sure would have been easier to sleep in on everyone’s day off. But these bodies are made to move, not sleep! Stay #Driven #murph #murph2024
