It’s almost 3 years now that twice a week (Wednesday and Saturday) I open our doors to the local public and anyone who wants to come hang out, fix bikes and learn something bike related.
The other days I have the privilege to call the space my own and cherish, how it was when I worked from home, loosing my self in the act of creation.
Lately, cuz of the high demand I’m here almost everyday…servicing bikes, finishing up custom builds and in the spare time in-between waiting for parts to arrive or whatever, working on passion builds.
Another big passion of mine is music..
So I moved my humble record collection to the shop…it’s basically a cement bunker and no one’ll mind if I let it rip unlike my neighbours at the yard.
In many ways, I consider both an art in harnessing infinite potential thru the via ducts of taste... The warm fuzzy sound of vinyl is in many ways the 30 year old patina on an old frame. Record covers are the paint schemes of a bygone era…and putting on a record is done with ritualistic care just like working on a bike. I couldn’t think of a better mix up…just need to remember to wash my hands between tasks and laying the next one😅
This isn’t an invitation to come by anytime you like..I’m only nice on Wednesdays and Saturdays.. it is an open invitation to come round on a Saturday and play some records if you like (better come correct!)
After all, It’s the old boiler room to the estate.

What can I say…it’s music, words rarely do it justice. But the context for how it came about might be worth sharing!
A life long dream of ours is finally reality..testament to the power of persisting in the pursuing of your dreams.
First friend I made when I moved to London more than 10 years ago now…crazy! Both liked the thumping music..with feverish passion. Since then we’ve weaved thru many a styles and tastes and tempos…this project is the reunification of all our music all wanderings, captured in one evening of just playing around.
So much more where that came from too..might see daylight one day.
Anyways..thank you brother @tadasmajeris for pushing more than most, with unwavering commitment and lightheartedness.
You’re a rare specimen of a human being with so much stubborn heart energy!
What you’re manifesting with @_area127_ is nothing short of a reflection of who you are and the space you manage to hold for everyone..you’re an example of how hardship, loss and suffering can uplift man to newer heights.
