Four Years
When I first started Driven Arms Co., I had no idea where this road would lead, I just thought “I want to make cool stuff, with cool people, provide the best solutions and service I can, and hopefully have some fun along the way”, outside of that though, I really just surrendered it all to God and got to work.
This year we’ve launched 15 new products, recently officially expanded our team with the addition of my mom, who now leads QC, assembly, and packaging - we also secured our first military contract (DAC is now milspec?) with all associated profits going to charity.. These markers represent a lot of hard work, and the overwhelming support from YOU, shaping DAC into what it is today. Words cannot express the immense level of gratitude and appreciation I hold for the trust and support each of you gives, and for the incredible community that you all have helped build around this, supporting me every step of the way! Thank you!!
For those who don’t know - I started this all in my parents’ garage during the height of COVID in 2020, when I moved temporarily out of CA, working from home for my day job. When I was called back in 2022, my father hopped on board to handle all accounting, QC, and fulfillment, giving me space to focus on product development/CAD/design, testing, website, social media, CS, and everything else that goes into running a business. As things continued to grow, and with my day job still in the picture, we needed more help, and that’s where my mom stepped in. She’s been crucial in enabling us to keep pushing forward without compromising on our high standards and service that you know us to hold and provide.
I’m extremely excited for what the future holds. The road will always have challenges, but we will continue to pursue excellence in providing the best possible solutions and support, while also making room for giving and sharing the blessings + resources we receive in ways that make an impact. I can’t wait to find new ways to connect with and support you, both individually, and as a community - by end users, for end users! Thank you all for being part of this journey!

- Process and Gratitude -
With manufacturing and project development running at a sprinters pace, I wanted to pause to say thank you. Thank you for being a part of what started as a dream in my parents garage nearly 4 years ago, for being incredibly supportive and patient as things continue to evolve and I continue to learn. I’ll share more about just how much has changed this year, in an anniversary post next month, but for now, just know that next week is on track to be a big week on the manufacturing/qc’ing/assembly and packaging side, so expect some good news (and inventory) very soon - the latest is always shared in my stories, it’s just the fastest way for me to give y’all the inside scoop while staying “mission oriented” on all of my tasks, so keep an eye out there! CZ GRIP UPDATE:
Anodizing has quoted another two weeks to complete the finishing on this second batch of CZ Grip Adapters, which means they may just be done in time for shipping and receiving before Christmas!
Once they are on hand and through QC, I will make an update post announcing an official re-stock date and time so everyone has some heads up. Thank you all for the patience and support on these. Can’t wait to get them done and into your hands! Cheers!
Cable Management Panels will be back in stock on Friday @ 3PM EST! Perfect for managing cables or even holding nylon cord in place for sling retention, these panels offer organization while also increasing traction thanks to their directional texturing.

ONE YEAR DOWN
Things have been so hectic I didn’t even notice that November marks 1 year for DAC! Been a crazy journey so far, and I want to thank you all for the support shown as I take this on.
The next year will bring about many changes for me/DAC, some being quite sizable, as I move across the country to work on site for my day job once more (to a very unfriendly state 😂). With this, the pace will have to slow down, but I will keep pushing forward as much as possible.
As things are more flushed out, I will announce any specific relevant changes, but generally this is just an annual update from my end.
Being a one man shop has always brought with it sets of challenges to overcome so this is not unfamiliar territory. Time will tell all, but in the near term, I’m looking forward to a great conclusion to 2021, starting with a ton of re-stocks and launches in the coming weeks.

The CZ adapters are on track to be completely finished machining around the end of next week. Following this, I will drive them up to the crew @ctanodizing so they can work their finishing magic (likely a few weeks there at least). Then it’s just a final QC and packaging, and we will be live! Will continue sharing updates as the process progresses.
