What’s in a name? Our answer is simple. We call it Essential Daily Hydration because 1) it only contains essential electrolytes and 2) we want you to take it daily. Since most Americans get enough sodium from their diet, we focused our formula on replenishing other essential electrolytes, like magnesium and potassium. To top it off, instead of using artificial flavors or large amounts of sugar, we flavor with crystallized lemon and a touch of stevia to keep it from being sour.
