Last week I hosted a Grand Rapids social group mixer at @adesanyamicrobrewery with West MI Social Club and @fansofvalleyfield , @drinkgr , and @jedi.chili . A lot of people said it was one of their favorite events!
We did parking lot yard games, ate brisket chili and tamales, drank mead and beer, and mingled.
If you came, would you want to do something like this again? We had probably about 80 people show up!
I just recently had the opportunity to sample some of the delicious menu items that will be available at the pairing dinner with Archival Brewing at this year's Grand Rapids International Wine, Beer & Food Festival. This is a fantastic opportunity to sample a lot of what they have to offer at the brewery in a fun and intimate environment! It was all great, but my favorite had to be the Fish & Chips! The batter for the fish is Gluten-Free and was every bit as crispy and delicious as a regular beer batter!
