Little Shop was the first ever musical I saw. I didn’t know what musicals were, but I knew right then that I needed to be in them and, for reasons still unknown to me, I thought Rick Moranis was so hot. The moment I heard “Grow for Me” was the moment I knew I wouldn’t be truly happy doing anything other than performing, and it needed to be as Seymour Krelborn.
Forever grateful to @lineagepac and @hilarylineage for giving me the opportunity to live out my childhood fantasy, and bring this character to life alongside some of the most talented people I know.

Donnie Riddle is thrilled to return to the Lineage stage as Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors — a role he’s been manifesting since age 8. (Frank Oz’s Little Shop movie was the first musical Donnie ever saw!)
Other recent (and notably Seymour-adjacent) credits include Bobby Strong in Urinetown and Peter in Bare: A Pop Opera. You may also remember him as Tom Collins in Lineage’s 2025 production of RENT.
When he’s not feeding a man-eating plant, you can find Donnie on the soccer field, deep in a comic book, glued to his video games, or half-watching some wonderfully terrible horror movie via his Shudder subscription.
