Part 1: There’s a lot of confusion around facelifts and how they actually work! A well-executed facelift isn’t about tension on the skin, it’s about strategic repositioning of the deeper facial layers to restore structure, balance, and longevity. In this two part series, I’ll be breaking down the science and technique behind results that look natural and last!

A Dual Plane Flash Recovery® Breast Augmentation designed for beautiful, natural movement and an effortless shape. By placing the implant partially under the muscle, the dual plane technique allows for a softer upper pole, better implant support, and a more natural transition while still creating fullness exactly where it’s needed. With my Flash Recovery® approach, the experience is completely different than what most patients expect from breast augmentation. Muscle sparing techniques, meticulous surgical precision, long acting numbing medication, and early movement all help patients recover faster with less discomfort and downtime. Many of my patients are out to dinner the same night and back to light activity within days. And this patient… absolutely stunning. The shape, the softness, the balance. She looks feminine, elegant, and completely refreshed while still looking like herself. Keep Them Guessing™ ✨ Call or DM us to schedule your consultation.

Almost 1 year post-op and healing beautifully! Her rhinoplasty gave her nose a softer, more feminine touch while still preserving natural balance with the rest of her features. The refined contour, elegant tip definition, and subtle tip break created a result that feels delicate without looking overdone. Beautiful rhinoplasty is never about changing someone completely, it’s about refining what’s already there in a way that still feels timeless and natural. Schedule your consultation ☎️(310) 275-1959

Let’s take a moment for a throwback! Seeing myself this young brings back so many memories. Here I am on The Drs show sharing my Flash Recovery™ technique on an amazing patient who appeared on the show 4 hours after her surgery! Moments like this remind me how far the journey has come and how much passion has always been behind the work. Grateful for every step and the 20+ years of being on this journey!

The biggest red flag in plastic surgery today is not always bad technique. Often, it is bad truth. On this week’s podcast with @drghavami we speak about one of the most dangerous trends in aesthetics, the misrepresentation of results. Before-and-after images are stretched, filtered, airbrushed, and manipulated until the outcome stops reflecting the art of aesthetic medicine and starts reflecting fantasy. This is a problem. Because patients do not make decisions based only on credentials. They make decisions based on what they see. And when what they see can be false, expectations become distorted even before the consultation begins. This is the lesson. In aesthetic medicine, trust matters as much as talent. If the results look theatrical, cartoonish, or too perfect to be real, especially in the everpresent context of AI, they probably are. Good surgery should not rely on illusion. It should rely on judgment, anatomy, restraint, and honesty. Patients deserve reality. Not performance. Not filters. Not fiction. What do you think is the biggest red flag patients should watch for when evaluating a surgeon online? Sat down with my good friend Dr. Christopher Asandra for a conversation covering the topics everyone’s curious about, but few truly understand. We discussed peptides, testosterone, hormone optimization, recovery, energy, sleep, supplements, and what actually matters when it comes to longevity and performance. A real, honest conversation with medical insight, personal experience, and plenty of things people are usually too afraid to ask. Check it out now through the link in bio!

21 years old and ready for his first rhinoplasty. The goal here is refinement without losing masculinity. We’ll be straightening the nose, softening the hump, narrowing the wider shape, and addressing the droop of the tip when he smiles while still keeping a strong masculine finish. As he continues to heal we’ll take you along with him! Showing the true and real healing process of a rhinoplasty!

A complex reconstructive revision rhinoplasty that required multiple grafts and scar tissue management. . Rhinoplasty is not just about the bridge or the tip, it is about overall balance. With revisions like this and major pulling force asymmetries, the scar tissue will win unless every possible corrective maneuver is executed. And even after all that , there is still a natural unpredictability in the healing and post-operative course. The hope is that the above scenario manifests as it was intended to by the surgeon and patient! After the right length of time, the nasal contours flow naturally and even the refined nostrils more symmetrical. It is the subtle details that separate a good result from a beautifully designed one and one that decides to heal properly. Preservation technique. Precision. Proportion. Schedule your consultation to see what a truly customized rhinoplasty and rhinoplasty revision can do for you.

This patient underwent a rhinoplasty and unfortunately had an accident shortly after, falling off a scooter and re-injuring her nose. Life happens, and sometimes healing doesn’t go as planned. The good news? Revision rhinoplasty gave us the opportunity to restore both function and aesthetics, getting her back to a result she feels confident in again. Setbacks don’t mean the end of your journey, just a new chapter with the right plan in place. If you’ve experienced trauma or are unhappy with a previous result, we’re here to help guide you through your options. 📞 (310) 275-1959 📧 [email protected]

Rhinoplasty + fat transfer to the face is what truly elevates the final result. I almost always recommend combining the two because rhinoplasty refines the structure, while fat transfer restores balance, softness, and dimension. Together, they create a more complete, natural-looking outcome. In my opinion, it’s not just about changing the nose it’s about harmonizing the entire face!
