These before and after results are 3 months post Elelyft® lip lift. Her starting philtral length was 20mm, and we removed 5mm to create a more balanced upper lip position and improve upper tooth show.
Intraoperatively, it was determined that she had thicker skin, which can increase the risk of hypertrophic scarring during healing. To support the best possible recovery, Kenalog was strategically injected to help minimize scar tissue formation and optimize healing.
