I'm going to go climbing more often this year. Unfortunately, I haven't done it nearly enough in recent years. It clears my head and is a wonderful experience. Afterwards, I feel relaxed and content. I wish you all a wonderful spring and an even more wonderful summer.
Several events are planned for this year. In June, the "Functional Fitness Week will take place again at the Robinson Club Sarigerme Park (Turkey). In the summer, I'll be a speaker for a week at Robinson's Longevity Release event in Egypt. And in October, I'll be leading an Eastern martial arts event for Robinson Nobilis.

We were in Korea and Japan in September. The way of life, the respect and the reserve fascinated me. I'm a big fan of the film "The Last Samurai" with Tom Cruise. But unlike in the film, I learned in a samurai museum in Tokyo that it wasn't the Americans who brought technology to Japan. It was the Europeans and specifically the French. Japan remained reserved towards America for a long time and almost completely blocked exchange.

Upcoming weekend, our big international martial arts event for my home sport 'Kun Tai Ko Karate' will take place. Many different kind of martial arts will be taught there: kickboxing, judo, karate, sword fighting, self-defense, and much more. I will also be teaching three classes and am looking forward to seeing many familiar faces again after a long time.
