I saw something about codependency vs interdependency the other day... how one is “healthy” and the other isn’t.
And I get it, but I don’t think it’s that simple.
I don’t think love fits into neat labels like we try to make it.
Labels make things easier to explain.
But they also flatten nuance.
Not every intense connection is unhealthy.
Not every “balanced” one is deeply fulfilling.
And trying to force relationships into predefined categories can sometimes pull you further away from understanding what’s actually happening.
