Chloe Southern is a 25-year-old artist, songwriter, and producer whose music blends the raw honesty and lyricism of folk and the grit and urgency of rock. “The more I feel like I shouldn’t say something, or the more alone I feel in an experience, the more I know I need to write about it. Cause if I can’t say it, I know someone else never will so maybe I can say it for them.” She just released her latest single “Power Trip” with a feature music video. She is the 2025 recipient of the BMI John Lennon Songwriters Award, winning with her song “Blueprints.” and the 2026 chosen recipient of the Abe Oleman BMI Scholarship. Chloe is from Boulder, Colorado and is now based in Brooklyn. She also shares her writing on her Substack blog, Kefi.

Born and raised in the heart of Philadelphia, GLADYS is an emerging young artist who has made her debut to the public with the release of her first single “one u need.” Hailing proudly from the East Coast with Puerto Rican roots, GLADYS is known for her soprano range and ability to deliver strong, dynamic vocal performances.
She draws artistic inspiration from the sounds and aesthetics of the 90s/2000s pop-R&B music scene, gravitating toward the storytelling and visual elements of the era. Despite the throwback sound being evident in her work, GLADYS delivers a fresh and contemporary perspective that distinguishes her from the greats of the past who paved the way. Her determination to deliver consistent live performances so early on in her career puts her in a lane of her own.

SoundEVR is a band centered around making music that gets people dancing, drawing from Funk, RnB, Pop, Jazz, and House music. The band consists of Bandleader/Trumpeter Daniel Spearman, bassist Timothy Ragsdale, drummer Matthew Chenery, and the newest addition, powerhouse vocalist Bekah Elaine. When you come to a SoundEVR show, expect a musical experience expertly curated to get the adrenaline pumping and body moving. Our goal isn’t just to play the hits, but to weave together musical moments that keep the energy high, much like a DJ that is in sync with their audience. We believe there is no greater feeling than seeing people vibe with our music, so if you aren’t dancing, we aren’t doing our job. SoundEVR brings together some of Philadelphia’s most talented musicians. Collectively, they have performed throughout the city of Philadelphia, hitting the stages of The Brooklyn Bowl, City Winery, Time, Chris’ Jazz Cafe, and The Black Squirrel Club among many others.
They most recently released the 1st single with the new lineup “Promised Land” available on all streaming platforms!!

DJ Meow is a local Philly producer and artist, as well as the alter ego of Jess Urwiler, an otherwise acoustic singer-songwriter. She got her start DJing house parties, which she still loves to do, and now loves to play at local Philly events! Some of her favorite artists to mix include Jane Remover, Ninajirachi, Charli xcx, underscores, Slayyyter, and more. A quote from DJ Meow directly; “I like djing because I like to force everyone to listen to songs I like. And also, I don’t have to talk to anyone at parties.”

Birdgun is an heavy alternative rock inspired by Sleep, The Cranberries, The Gun Club, and Black Sabbath. The band is made up of Thor Thorsen on guitar and vocals, Steve Moore on bass, and Aidan Cook on drums.
On Saturday, Flux got the chance to partner with the Dornsife Center for their Spring Garden Fest! This was such a great community event featuring live music (with Flux-booked student artists), free snacks and produce, free health checkups, games, activities, and more! 🌷☀️
