As Blue Rodeo continues to hit new creative highs, “Lost Together” takes you behind the scenes of their extraordinary adventure.
It will be making its WORLD PREMIERE at the Whistler Film Festival (@whisfilmfest ) on Friday, December 6th. I am absolutely ecstatic to finally see this on the big screen! 🔥

You wonderful, wonderful creature. You changed my life in ways I could have never possibly imagined. To have been able to have this time with you has given me the most beautiful days of my life, and made me a better person. From our beach trips, car rides, sitting in the grass reading at the park in our special spot, or simply laying in between my legs. Our happy place. To me, anywhere with you were my happy places. I realize that now more than ever.
It’s been less than 24 hours and I don’t understand what this world looks like without you in it just yet, but I’m sure I’ll begin to figure it out eventually. I’m still planning on going to our spot to read this summer, maybe you can find a way to come say hello. I’ll try to keep up with the routines and things we used to do, it brought so much beauty and wonder to my life when perhaps I should have stopped and appreciated it more.
You have left a void in this home that is so deep it’s overwhelming. We’ve never known this home without you - our “roommate”. Your soul and spirit will always have a place here and in deep within our hearts. You have touched so many people with your calm, sweet demeanor. You made everyone feel so special. You made me so proud. That’s my baby Clove.
Back in 2017, before we even brought you home I made an Instagram post predicting that “You and I are going to be the bestest of friends.” What a massive understatement, boy was I ever right. You are the light I needed when things looked dark, you were the laugh I needed when I took life too seriously, you were one of a kind, and you truly were my “bestest” friend.
Thank you for everything. I’ll never forget you. You know where to find me. Please do.

The campaign ends in a few hours, and Before We Say Goodbye has officially reached its all-or-nothing funding goal. I’m taking a moment to truly let that soak in.
This film began as a small idea and became real through collective belief and support. I worked on it between long days on film and TV sets as a makeup artist — late at night, on rare free weekends, and in the small pockets of time where creativity could live. It’s been a journey in every sense of the word.
When we decided to bring this story to life through crowdfunding, I knew it would be hard — but I also knew I had to do it. I didn’t have a roadmap or know exactly how it would happen. I just kept moving forward, and you kept showing up. What I didn’t expect was how vulnerable it would feel — and how powerfully it would remind me how supported I am in this industry and beyond.
Partway through the campaign, we discovered something important: Indiegogo no longer offers flexible funding — every campaign is now all-or-nothing. That meant if we didn’t hit our full goal, the film wouldn’t move forward.
Because of you, we made it happen together.
There was no big marketing machine behind this — just real people choosing to support a story they connected with and believed in. This film exists because of community, and I will never take that lightly.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to each and every one of you for helping to bring this film to life.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the passing of a legend — my father, Scott MacLeod.
Dad fought a hard battle, but in the end, he went out on his own terms, surrounded by family and friends. The constant stream of people who came to see him only reaffirmed how important he was to everyone. He truly was one of a kind.
Pops has been, and will always be, my compass for what it means to be a good man. He showed me the value of being dependable, hard-working, and chasing my dreams no matter how inconceivable they seemed. I will miss him deeply, but I will carry his spirit, his lessons, and his vitality with me for the rest of my life.
