Des Revol—a tattoo artist, PoC activist, immigrant, and all-around sweetheart - is currently facing serious charges and is in federal prison. Des was charged with evidence tampering and obstruction of justice, in relation to the Prarieland case, and the states crackdown on anti-ICE immigration.
The evidence that the FBI used to lock Des in prison was a box of zines that he was supposedly moving in his truck.
The federal government is trying to use Des, and activists like him, to scare people out of standing up to ICE, and fighting for their immigrant neighbors.
Free Des Fest is a diy festival to gather donations, express solidarity, and stand up for Des and his co-defendants.

Y’ALL REALLY BEEN FILLIN OUR LIL TEXAN HEARTS. Despite the van situation, tour was so joyous and absolutely ruled. Thanks to everyone who’s shared and donated to the gofundme. We’re headed home today and hopefully our van with all our gear will be back in Austin this week! Not outta the woods yet, but we’re so showered with the love y’all have been sending our way, that we know it’ll all be ok. 🖤🥹
Unfortunately, our van gave out on our way through New Jersey today. Thankful that everyone is ok and safe, but we’re looking at some serious repairs and a lot of emergency expenses to get back home to Texas. We hate asking for help when we all know how hard things are right now, so believe us when we say that any amount of help thrown our way would be so gratefully appreciated. We love y’all so much!!
