I didn’t start in the creator industry. I spent 10 years working on the side of the market that decides who gets paid. Over 4,000 businesses. Different industries. Different audiences. Same underlying psychology. After a while you start noticing patterns. Why one person earns more than another with similar talent. Why some brands scale quickly while others stall. Why attention doesn’t always translate into income. We’re now in a time where there are over 300 million creators, yet the majority earn less than $500 per year. Not because they lack potential. Because most people have never been shown how the market actually decides value. Creators are told to: post more wait to be discovered grow first monetise later But buyers don’t pay for effort. They pay for certainty. Clarity reduces risk. Positioning creates trust. Trust increases perceived value. The industry doesn’t always like this conversation. Because when creators understand leverage, they become harder to underpay. I originally wanted to be an actor. Instead I spent a decade learning how attention converts into revenue. Now I apply that same thinking to creators. The goal is simple: help 10,000 creatives become commercially viable because visibility without positioning rarely converts into income.

Not theory. Just the practical side of becoming commercially viable online.
