RECLAIM HER 2026 ❤️ Convened by the Francis and Felicia Umenyi Foundation Supported by the Nigerian Women Trust Fund Technical Partner: Arabella Women’s Health and Wellness Something powerful happened in that room. Women arrived carrying responsibilities, pressure, exhaustion, and silent battles. But as the day unfolded, something shifted. Stories were shared, burdens were released, and women were reminded of who they truly are. Reclaim Her became a safe space to pause, reflect, heal, and rise again. Women left with tools for their mental and emotional wellbeing, the courage to set boundaries, and renewed confidence in themselves. The day fittingly ended with a joyful celebratory dance of release, a moment of freedom, laughter, and strength. My deepest gratitude to every woman who showed up, and to the Nigerian Women Trust Fund, especially the CEO, Dr. Brenda Anugwom, for believing in this vision. We were also honored by the presence of Dr. Dayo Benjamin-Laniyi, FCT Mandate Secretary for Women’s Affairs, and thank her for her support for women’s mental health. Thank you as well to all the experts who generously gave their time and presence to make this event memorable, and to the incredible team behind the scenes who made it possible. This was more than an event. It was the beginning of something bigger. Because when a woman remembers who she is, she rises. Contact @umenyifoundation @arabellawomenshealth With gratitude *Dr. Chito*

Understanding Creates Strength ❤️ For many people, the word chemotherapy brings fear. But sometimes fear comes from not fully understanding the treatment. In this clip, Dr. Uchechukwu Shagaya, Clinical and Radiation Oncologist affiliated with National Hospital Abuja, brings clarity to one of the most misunderstood parts of cancer care: chemotherapy. We talk about the fears, the side effects, what treatment really looks like today, and why chemotherapy remains an important part of helping many patients heal and survive. This is not a conversation about fear. It is a conversation about knowledge, strength, hope, and courage. 🎥 Watch now on YouTube: HERcast with Dr. Chito 📺 StarTimes Rapid TV Channel 176 Saturdays at 7 p.m. | Sundays at 2 p.m. 🎧 Listen on all podcast platforms #HERcastWithDrChito #WomenHealth #Chemotherapy #HopeAndHealing #CancerCare HealthEducation

Clarity Changes Everything ❤️ Finding a lump can feel frightening… but knowing what to do next can change everything. In this clip, Dr. Uchechukwu Shagaya, Clinical and Radiation Oncologist affiliated with National Hospital Abuja, explains why the next step is not always rushing to remove the lump. After proper imaging and diagnostic tests, a biopsy can provide important information that helps guide treatment in a safer, more effective way. This conversation is about more than medicine. It is about clarity, informed decisions, hope, and helping women understand that there is a process, there are options, and there is strength through the journey. Because knowledge does not create fear. Knowledge creates power, preparation, and hope. 🎥 Watch now on YouTube: HERcast with Dr. Chito 📺 StarTimes Rapid TV Channel 176 Saturdays at 7 p.m. | Sundays at 2 p.m. 🎧 Listen on all podcast platforms Follow @hercastpodcast and @drchiton for more inspiring stories. #HERcastWithDrChito #BreastHealth #WomenHealth #EarlyDetection #WomenSupportingWomen HealthEducation HopeAndHealing CancerCare NigeriaHealth

You Are Still Standing… And That Means Something There are people watching this who have been through things they don’t even talk about… Pain that shook your confidence. Experiences that made you question your worth. Moments that felt like they could define your entire future. But look at you… You’re still here. And that means something. It means the trauma did not break you. It did not consume you. It did not take away who you are. You are a survivor. And being a survivor means there is still purpose ahead. It means you can still rise, still rebuild, still thrive. You don’t have to do it alone. Let the right people speak life into you. Let them remind you of your worth until you see it clearly again. Because what you went through is not the end of your story. It’s proof of your strength. And from surviving… You will thrive. Somehow, this Mother’s Day feels extra emotional for me. I find myself remembering the beautiful, inspiring mother I was blessed to have, and reflecting on the journey that led me to becoming a mother to the most precious gifts God could ever give me. I am deeply grateful to God. I waited 3 years for my first child and 6 years for my second. The journey was not easy. There were seasons filled with pain, heartbreak, betrayal, disappointment, and moments that tested me deeply. Yet in the middle of it all, God gave me the greatest joy of my life, my children. They became my light in dark places, my strength in difficult seasons, and constant reminders that God’s timing is never wasted. Today, I also pray for every woman hoping, waiting, praying, grieving quietly, or trusting God for a child. May your prayers come to pass. May hope find you again. May joy meet you where pain once lived. And motherhood, I have learned, goes far beyond biology. Some of the greatest blessings in my life are the children God allowed me to love beyond birth, my nieces, nephews, and so many beautiful children adopted into my heart through life and service. Happy Mother’s Day to every woman who nurtures, sacrifices, protects, guides, and loves deeply. Your love matters more than you know. ❤️ With love, Dr. Chito #HappyMothersDay #Motherhood #GratefulHeart #BlessedMother #WomenSupportingWomen Faith Hope Family Love Healing HERcastWithDrChito DrChito MothersDay Purpose Strength

Rediscovering Yourself Somewhere along the way, many women stopped dreaming. Life happened. Pain happened. Responsibility happened. And little by little… they lost themselves. In this powerful moment on HERcast, *Nse Ekpo-Ufot* (@etiquette365nigeria ) reminds us that self awareness changes everything. Because healing begins when you finally pause long enough to hear yourself again. To remember who you were before the world told you who to be. Your voice still matters. Your purpose still matters. And your dream is not lost. It is waiting for you to rediscover it. 💜 🎥 Watch the full episode on YouTube: HERcast with Dr. Chito 📺 Rapid TV | StarTimes Channel 176 Saturday 7 PM | Sunday 2 PM 🎧 Listen on all podcast platforms Follow @hercastpodcast @drchiton #HERcastWithDrChito #RediscoverYourself #WomenWhoRise #TheAwakeningJourney #HealingAndBecoming
