I was meant to update Friday just passed. But I thought it was a nicer surprise for the clients to see the brickwork at our meeting today.
Now that it has been cleaned and sealed etc.
Many hours of work there!
The brickwork on the ground floor is now covered do that any render work on the first floor does stain the hard work below.
Ply walls are formed and soon ready for first fix electrics.

Update on our new Infill house build.
Dates are set now for the UKPN & affinity water to make their connections.
First floor timber construction is complete and the drainage continued to the first floor.
Walls for the first floor will certainly be completed by next week. This would then be ready for roof construction once the brickwork has been completed to the first floor. The scaffolding can then be erected for the process.

The Bushey project had been signed off by building control last week. We are delighted with the outcome.
Further decorating and furnishing will be ongoing I'm sure. But it looks fantastic 😍
