Mutual Aid Request: Help this family settle into their new & safe living situation. They have worked so hard to create a life here & unfortunately have had to flee a very unsafe housing situation. They are safe & need a little bit of community support to secure the basics so they can thrive. A little help goes a long way! Thanks for loving on your community in the ways you are able! we all rise together ā¤ļø donations via Zeffy are tax deductible! Thx- Dr. A

lucky in love making oxymels with loved ones. we wanted to try a prickly pear oxymel, but we didn’t assign someone the task of harvesting them, then the 110+ degree day didn’t make for a big adventure out to see if we could find any. we’re all magical so we made tasty & intuitive ones that were more motherwort forward. a few weeks earlier I tried my own luck at a prickly pear oxymel & ill let you know how it tastes. kitchen play feels fun, touching medicine around others even more fun. oxymels are good home medicines for a season, tasty with medicinal element + honey + apple cider vinegar. hope you’re well, playing, experimenting, and finding new corners of your minds. much love & care ~dr.a

Good day my community. I’m here asking for community support to bring some much needed stability into a family’s life. Come show some financial love to them. I’m counting on you! Anything and everything helps, $1 here, $5, whatever you might have to spare is enough, helpful, and deeply appreciated. Share this with your networks and let’s show Yamay that we truly care for one another. Immigration is hard, a new country is hard, and this administration is even more stressful. But we aren’t them. We are us, and we show love. My mom immigrated to this country pregnant with me in her early 20s & I never understood how she did it. But now I know she did it and raised me with the strength and reliance of COMMUNITY (& culture). Let’s keep this energy of care for one another alive, cuz love, hope, and care are what keeps this world spinning. šŸ’˜ if you have questions, DM me! Thank you!!

Still reading Healing Justice Lineages! šŸ“š Here we’re reading the section Uninterrupted Legacy of Resistance covering different movements of the 1960s-1970s in the USA including the Black Panther Party, American Indian Movement, Women of All Red Nations, and the Young Lords. How these movements have influenced decision making even though the US-government worked tirelessly to discredit and dismantle these movements. Their efforts were not in vain, have influenced policy, still have impact today, and continue to inspire and inform other revolutionaries in the modern day. Thanks for listening with me as we continue to do our work in the belly of the beast. šŸ«‚

We read the pdf version so I don’t have page numbers, but the section titled Blackprints for Freedom featuring the legacies and thoughts of Miss Major & Barbara Smith, two elder icons for LGBTQIA+ BIPOC communities ā¤ļøšŸ¤ the notes have so many spectacular links on their work and efforts (that are still very much in motion!) let’s learn together from our teachers & continue the beautiful work we’re blessed to do. Much love.

Pt. 2. Continued reading in Healing Justice Lineages. Pages 13-20. Beautiful words on the elements with ties to Harriet Tubman’s work. Contemplative questions for all of us healers (we’re all healers). Much love friends.

**Hello moms! šŸŒøšŸ’œ** I’m a mom to a little baby, and I know how hard it can be to handle everything without help. That’s why I’ve decided to start a new service to support other moms while also helping myself as a mother. šŸš— **Transportation and Pickup Services** āœ”ļø I can deliver donated items to moms who can’t leave their homes. āœ”ļø I can help with transportation to medical appointments or errands. āœ”ļø I can pick up and deliver second-hand clothes or baby items. This is a new venture I’m creating so we can help each other. I’m based in Phoenix, Arizona, but if you need help, feel free to message me, and we can coordinate the delivery depending on your location. šŸ’œ **Thank you for supporting another mom!** Together, we are stronger and can achieve great things! #momsaz #momsarizona
