what an incredible adventure it was to be an understudy in this year’s run of Fellowship! at @sidequesttheater ✨ words alone can’t convey how grateful I am to have played, sang and danced among such excellent and admirable hobbits (and elves, and dwarves, and so on). it was my first time ever being an understudy, and doing so for three separate tracks was an exciting and rewarding challenge. I got to perform from multiple angles a show I genuinely love, and even got to do so in front of some of the original writers and producers of the show!
my deepest thanks to @willow.bethke , @neenerbeaner13 & @madeline.n.s for guiding me as I stepped into their beard, bow and hobbit feet respectively, to @kelsnoelh for bringing so much humor and heart with her directorial vision, @quinncommabea for her ingenious musical direction, and all the love to the entire cast and crew for their support and hilarity (swipe to see some portraits I drew of everybody) 💕 SHIRE!!!
