« For me, it’s all about consistency.
In the morning: gentle cleanse, vitamin C, and SPF, absolutely essential. I stopped for two weeks during our move and immediately noticed small spots appearing. With hormones, pigment becomes much more unstable, so protection is key.
In the evening: double cleanse, a rich moisturizer, and hydrating masks because my skin gets very dry.
No injections for me during pregnancy, only gentle mesotherapy when needed for hydration and glow.
If hormonal acne appears (not my case), I’d recommend: evening double cleanse, azelaic acid at night, good hydration, and in the morning vitamin C and SPF. »
