We’re normally pretty short and sweet on here but it’s a special day so I wanna share a few pics/vids:
3/4) I wasn’t going to post a ton about the physical records but I just wanted to show how sick these zoetrope records came out. Truly something that I am still so blown away by and stoked that we were able to pull off. Shouts out to my man @har_ld for really steering the ship on this (and pretty much everything visual with this roll out). Incredible artwork by @james_bousema - thank you for bearing with me and trying out 17 different versions of the devils face hahaha
5) Took this pic a few hours ago haha say what’s up to Ryker, Otto, and Ben!! The vicious beasts that you hear at the beginning of “Loudest In The Room” is none other than our sweet pups!! Set the mic up in the living room and just let them get after it haha
6) We took this picture the last day of tracking strings and drums in the live room at The Animal Farm. @communityoflivingthings is truly a master of his craft and an incredible human being. Touch my god damn hand 🤝❤️
7-10) We never really film in the studio but here’s a few clips that get me stoked to look back at. Some of it was while we were actually recording, some just during the early demo sessions, but these are all the small moments that lead to a beautiful finished record.

We ended the “…Is Your Friend Tour” last night in true Drain fashion - the whole tour package rocking on stage with us and as many people over the barricade as possible.
Being able to close this tour here in our hometown, at the most surreal venue, made this truly such a special moment in time. Thank you to No Pressure, @haywire617 , and @secretworldworld for spending the last month rocking all across America with us. Incredible bands with truly kind and incredible people.
Thank you to everyone who came out to see this tour over the past month. None of this is possible without you.

After a month of the craziest shows we’ve ever played across all of America…this tour is ending tomorrow in the most beautiful place in the world - our hometown - Santa Cruz, California!!!
It’s only proper that our biggest headline show is going down in the same city where this band started and still lives, where every song was written, and in the community that we embody and love with our whole heart.
The show is completely SOLD OUT but we have ten tickets spread out between 5 different locations in town that are special to us…posting tomorrow and once they get picked up - they’re gone!!

A few weeks ago, we had the unique privilege of traveling to Nashville to get an inside look with @drain831 as they prepped for their “...Is Your Friend” U.S. tour with No Pressure, Haywire and Secret World, via our friends at @monsterenergy .
We spent several days with the band & their crew made up entirely of hardcore musicians from bands like Rotting Out, Cosmic Joke, One Step Closer and more to give you all an inside look at their gear & production. We hope you enjoy this unique episode that was a first and last for us as a duo, where Bo’s passion unique knowledge and passion for gear was on full display.
