Winning an unofficial canoe (not a) race was tiring and refuelling was essential. Getting fed in a converted horse stable was just what we needed. Good food, laid back vibes and great company. 👌
What was served were roasted vegetables encased in a fluffy pancake, topped with two types of hummus. Washed it down with a naughty Fanta and cake! 🤤

While we were in Palma de Mallorca, for @traverseevents 21 we were treated to a beautiful wine tasting and lunch experience in a windmill at a winery in Cami de Sant Joan. My first ever content creators'/travel bloggers' conference so I didn't know what to expect. A little nervous as it was the week's first experience and I only knew the @ballercreative bros that I came with... but as soon as the wine flowed... 👌👌 🤣

How do yall cheat? Do you feel guilty after eating a big cheat meal..? Ever felt like all your hard work during the week/fortnight/month has been undone? Youre not alone!

I have to admit, my relationship with food hasnt always been the best. Ever since my weight lost process over the span of about a decade, Ive always been very aware of what I put on my plate, and what goes into my body. Borderline obsessive really! Sure I was getting results physically, but at what cost..? I'd order the bare minimum when I'd be out with friends just because I've hit my daily macros/caloric intake, or if I do order a big meal, the guilt that follows me home was something else..! Nowadays, with a lot of help from my nearest and dearest, I have learnt (slow process at that too..!) that it is ok to have a nice takeaway meal and enjoy it guilt free, and its ok to have a few drinks in the weekend! Balancing your emotional and physical well being should be a key part of our daily lives! Next time you have your cheat meal, or out socialising (distancing appropriately ofc!) treat yourself! Make your inner self happy! Just know, it wont undo any progress in the long run and could actually help with making further gains. Enjoy and Happy Eating yall!!

I don't usually have brekkie, and when I do it's usually in the weekends. I do however, have a lot of cereal, mostly oats or bran flakes, during the week either as a pre workout or as dessert 🙄😂 Sounds boring, but I love to add different fruits (like the banana, raspberry and blueberry medley in the pic), chia seeds, and nuts to add a little life to it! The base of the bowl is usually a peanut butter, greek yogurt and honey mixture that gives a great combo of texture and flavours once it's all combined. Skimmed milk is my weapon of choice to moisten the dry bits, but a scoop of protein can be added if needed or for a variation in flavour!
