Hello, world! I'm Nate. I've been making a unique cookie for my friends and family around the holidays for over 18 years. Imagine premium ingredients, three different kinds of chocolate, and a raspberry "lava" center. I love crafting these (and other goodies) and sharing them.
For 18 years they've been asking me to please move to their towns or cities, bake these and offer them for sale so they can share them with the people they care about, too.
2024 is the year I finally take their advice. Since I can't open a bakery in every city, I've been working on how to send them from Virginia all over the USA.
I've spent the last 9 months finding a space and getting the documentation ready and soon you'll be able to buy the first batches I make in our new commercial kitchen space.
I really enjoy baking these.
