Don’t compromise your values.
This year has tested me in every way, but staying true to the mission has brought the right people to the journey. Grateful for @kimkardashian ’s support in helping make regenerative medicine more mainstream. That’s what really matters.

“I’m so excited to share with you guys my stem cell journey.
Two years ago, I tore my shoulder while lifting weights, leaving me in debilitating pain. I tried everything to find relief, then I learned about the potential of stem cell therapy and met Dr. Adeel Khan at Eterna. His team treated my shoulder with Dezawa Muse cells™️, and the results were immediate. I regained full range of motion, and my shoulder has felt completely normal ever since.
Encouraged by this success, I recently returned to Dr. Khan to address chronic back pain that I have been suffering with for years. The Muse stem cell treatment was a game-changer once again. I experienced relief right away, and the unbearable pain is finally gone. If you’re struggling with back pain, I can’t recommend this treatment enough - it’s transformed my life when I thought my body was breaking down.
Of course, everyone is different, and I’m just sharing what has worked for me lately. Definitely do your own homework and talk to medical professionals.
Since Muse stem cells aren’t yet accessible in the US, I had to travel to Mexico to be treated by Dr. Khan’s team. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity and resources to pursue this healing, and I pray the science continues to evolve so more people can benefit. Forever thankful to @dr.akhan@eterna.health
Here’s to hope, healing, and the future of science.” - Kim Kardashian
I am not exactly someone who has idols, except for one and that is Tony Robbins. I grew up reading his books and making his morning routine my morning routine. His passion to help people is something I can really relate to because that’s always been my goal. That’s the reason I went to medical school.
Very quickly, I learned that our traditional medical system is flawed. In order to see change you have to be the change. I carved my own path and I started healing people through regenerative medicine. People started feeling better. They saw an alternative to drugs and painkillers. They felt seen.
My circle expanded abruptly. I started seeing patients from all over the world, including THE Tony Robbins, who I continue to learn from but now also have the privilege of treating.
Thank you for the kind words Tony and joining on as an Eterna ambassador.

Growing up, I knew whichever path I took for undergrad I wanted to help people. I decided to study at University of Toronto for my undergraduate degree. After this, I wrote the MCAT exam and left my hometown to go to University of Ottawa for medical school. Those were some of the toughest years of my life being so far from home. I returned for residency to McMaster University. After becoming a sports medicine doctor, I truly found my passion for helping people. Then I came across regenerative medicine, which led me to interventional cell and gene therapy. I found this to be so fascinating and interesting as I finally saw a practice that was finding the root causes of diseases and the problems in our bodies. Now I have my own health clinic in Toronto, Dubai and Cabo. I am so grateful and thankful. To see where I started to where I am now is truly a blessing.

Moving to Dubai to build Eterna meant leaving behind the people I love most. And Lychee and Milo.
I made that choice clear-eyed. The vision was worth it.
But at some point you have proven what you needed to prove. The opportunities do not stop coming. You just stop letting them win.
Regenerative medicine exists to give people more quality time with those who matter. Felt like a good moment to take my own advice.

The conversation around longevity is getting sharper. Dr. Adeel Khan’s session at the Medical Longevity Summit was a reminder that epigenetic reprogramming isn’t a concept for the distant future - it’s being applied now.
Cellular health is the foundation.
Everything else follows.

“Pharma gave us molecules. Regenerative medicine gave us cell therapy. The next era gives us frequencies.” When Dr. Adeel Khan says this, it lands differently. He’s spent his career at the frontier of regenerative medicine and he sees what’s coming before most do.
Reson8 isn’t asking medicine to choose between molecules, cells, and frequencies. The future is all three, calibrated to your genome, validated in the clinic, delivered as sound. Grateful to have Adeel in our corner as we build it. #Longevity #Biohacking #FrequencyHealing #Wellness #integrativemedicine

Most people have no idea if their stem cell therapy or peptide protocol is actually working.
One blood draw. 1,000+ proteins. 800 biological pathways. Organ-specific aging scores that show you exactly where you’re aging and why.
We are excited to use Sedona Health’s proteomic platform before and after every protocol. When a patient completes a MUSE cell infusion or peptide cycle, we retest. The data tells us what moved and what didn’t.
