I highly recommend saying this out loud daily. Also useful if you’re mind is busy doing something that you don’t like— just say this, “the seven affirmations”, out loud, and your mind cannot think about what it was. It take thought to speak. Peace.
Say these out loud every day for two weeks (trying to turn off incoming information wherever you can) and you’ll notice an improvement in your personal reality at the end of the two weeks.
