Our 5 year anniversary sauce Beri Beri Knotty is very fruity with notes of blackberries, raspberries, and figs, with a nice kick from peri peri peppers. We aged the kombucha for this sauce in a port wine barrel for a whole year! Come on down to our farmers markets and give it a try!
